Hi All - I just joined the forum to look at the problems others might be having with their Journey. I've had mine for less than 3 weeks, and I've already had it back to the dealership once. The first problem occurred driving home from the dealership, when the RPMs would rapidly "jump" up for a second or two, then return to normal. The RPM jump felt like a sudden and rapid acceleration, which I didn't much appreciate since it was snowy and icey. I returned to the dealership and they replaced the PCM. Yesterday, as I was driving on the highway (about 45 mph due to snow), the steering wheel starting shaking horribly, shaking enough that it was shaking my arms. I slowed down, and after a minute or two the shaking stopped. This happened a couple different times during my commute.... Based on these early first two experiences, I'm not feeling too safe in my new vehicle right now. Any thoughts?
