spelbound

Hi guys, I have a 2011 Dodge Journey... the touch screen is cracked and I can not see anything on it but colors....do I have to replace the complete radio system or just the screen I called the dodge dealership and they said they would find out but so far its been weeks and when I call they keep giving me the run around. Oh they did say that the radio would cost $1300 can anyone here give me advice please thank you in advance confused
