  1. Hello, does anybody know where I can buy the plastic end of the roof rack crossbar? I can find to buy the whole crossbar but I don't think is fair to pay so much (about $180) when I need only the end. It is the front bar, left end, the one that comes with the car. It was broken when I was washing my car at an Esso station and they don't want to take responsability, They said they don't take responsability for add-ons, but this one is the built in roof rack and not an add-on. So also avoid the Esso gas station from 537 Keele St., Toronto, ON.
  2. Hello, I also have trouble with my fusebox. I don't have power for both my cigarette lighter and the trunk outlet. I know that the fusebox is under the gloves compartment, but I can’t see it. What do I have to do to get to it? I hope I don’t have to take all my car apart… Can somebody please put here some pictures and detailed instructions of how to get to it to replace a fuse? And I also saw under the glovebox, near the center column, something like a handle that clicks. What is that doing, because it seems it does nothing… I totally agree with a comment here about who designed this. I definitely wouldn’t hire such persons to work for me. Fuses are meant to blow to protect something, so it must be easy to replace them, without going to a service station. What if I am on the road?? Thank you, Liviu

  4. 1. How can I find the device type (ID, serial or something) for the navigation system, to askr for map updates? 2. How can I change the volume? Now, the volume is too low comparing to the radio. If I am increasing the general volume the radio will be too loud, but if I lower the general volume I can barely hear the navigation... 3. How to install the map updates or other maps not provided by default? 4. How can I chage the screen to show on right other info than the current speed (useless, I already can see that!!)?
  5. As I said, my old car, also a Dodge, had this. Of course, the number was changing according to the drive conditions, the same way that is doing it now, but now is only for over that limit. So it's not about liability as long as it will tell you anyway you are at 0. And more that that, I knew that even showing 0 in fact I still had fuel for about 2 miles (4 Km). And I NEVER ran out of fuel. In 182000Km.!! But as I said, I would like to know what happens and how far can I go, and I don't need 3 devices to tell me the same thing, that I am low on fuel. Don't you think 2 are enough??!
  6. I was surprised to see that when your tank is almost empty, but still has lot of gas, the message on the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) is changed from the distance to a "Low Fuel" message. This doesn't tell me if I can go to my preferred gas station or if I have to go to the nearest one I can find, because it doesn't tell me how many miles or Kms I can still go(they say about 30 miles – 48 Km, but this is an approximation, and of course it depends if you drive in the city or on a highway). I had before a Dodge Intrepid, and that one was showing the distance all the time and it was better that way. More than that, the message is useless and redundant, because you also have the light lit and also the fuel gauge to minimum, so there are now in fact 3 indicators telling you the same thing! So I think it will be much better if the EVIC will tell you the distance, like before. At least I couldn't find a way to change it this way, so I would appreciate if anybody knows a way to setup the EVIC to show the distance to empty all the time.
