  1. Unfortunately no and the matter didn't go any further than then honourable mention.
  2. Good Day All, I am as new to this forum as I am to asking for help on them. So sorry if I am not in the right place, but here it goes. Two years ago i bought a used 2009 Dodge Journey. My daughter borrowed the car and when she brought it back to me it had a weirdness. When the "lock" button (not the unlock button like I have been reading about) is pressed ever so softly the parking lights flash, the horn chirp doesn't sound the locks go up and the windows go down leaving the vehicle wide open for anything. So to resolve the issue I tried replacing the battery thinking this was the sign of a weak/dying battery - that didn't fix it. I asked the dealership about it and I was told "well I have never heard of that, but if you want I can hook it up to the diagnosis machine for $40?". With that I thought well you guys are idiots and just started using my second key fob. It has been a year and a bit now since the first key fob started doing this and now my other key fob is doing this too. Yesterday, while at work - (I'm in IT) I was rolling around on the floor running some cables for some new workstations with the key fob in my pocket and I guess I pressed the "lock" button. This was around 9:30am. At around 11:55am a co-worker came to me and asked if I drive a green Journey. "No mine is blue grey I replied. Why? Oh - well there is a Journey in the parking lot with the windows down and the GPS in the dash. Oh, that sounds like mine". I go outside three and a half hours after rolling around on the floor and unknowingly pressing the Lock button on the FOB to find my car with the windows almost fully down. Oh and just to put some icing on this possible theft we had a blizzard yesterday so there was about three inches of snow on the seats and on the dash and on the floor and on the center console and in the heat vents. So I get on the phone today with Chrysler to inquire about this issue. "This issue is new to me, I have never heard of it - but because your vehicle is out of warranty I will make a note of it and record your issue. So if you want to take it to the dealer, they are the techs and they can have a look at it for you. Thanks for calling Chrysler Canada, have a good day! Bye". Also I forgot to mention that is I lock the doors from the inside everything is fine until the lock button is pressed, this is what I have been doing. But if anyone out there can offer some sort of insight into this issue I would be very appreciative. Thanks,
