It doesn't look like someone already installed the trailer wiring harness. Mine was just tossed in the back when I got mine new from the dealership. I ended up installing it (took about 10 minutes) and then hooked up the trailer. That was when i found out that the vehicle needed to be flashed for it to work. I ended up getting it done for free since I convinced the dealership they should have done it in the first place. Bottom line, if you don't see a 4 pin connector back there already, you don't have the trailer wiring harness installed. Luckily it is a plug and play system and very easy to install. Good luck!

I am the proud owner of a new 2012 Dodge Journey Crew AWD! I LOVE this car! I can't wait to be able to play with everything it has to offer!

Get to pick up my new baby on Tuesday at 2:00 PM. I can hardly wait!

Order submitted to factory November 17. Shipped from factory December 21. Arrived at dealer January 10. And now my baby is sitting at the dealer lot waiting for me to pick her up. Only one more week!

Picking up my Journey on January 24th. Only 12 more days. The anticipation is killing me!!!!!

I should be taking delivery of my 2012 Journey Crew AWD on January 24th or 25th in Beaufort, SC. I ordered it while overseas and am very anxiously awaiting my chance to drive it off the lot! Glad to see so many Journey drivers out there!!!
