  1. Checked coolant temp. Went up to just over 200F. Anyone know what temp the fan is supposed to kick in at? Mine kicked in around 190F.
  2. I believe it only has one thermostat.
  3. Sorry I meant a 3.5L. All actuators and blend doors are working so they aren’t the problem.
  4. It's a 5.2L and has 183000 kms. How would I go about bleeding the system. Also anyone know how to access the blender door by the glove box? I was told it could be stuck as well. Oh it has a new radiator cap as well.
  5. I am having problems with my 2010 DJ heater. My heater core needed replacing so got that done. Had some heat after that not much so put in a new thermostat. Now I have lots of heat. The problem is as soon as I get up to highway speeds the heater goes from hot to lukewarm. This happens on both the passenger and driver side. If I slow down or stop the heater starts pumping out hot air again. Any suggestions?
  6. I'm not so worried about the beeping as I am with it starting on its own, any ideas about that?
  7. I have a 2010 Journey and its acting possessed. The other day I noticed it was honking once about every 2 minutes, my key fob was hanging up in the house. I went out and started it to see if that would stop it. Once I turned it off it started the beeping again, then the doors locked and unlocked...then it started up on its own. The key fob was sitting up on the dashboard and I didn't touch it. I put the key in and turned it to start..then I turned it off. After that everything stopped and I figured it was just a fluke. It did the same thing to me two days later, except I was in the house when it started on its own and the key was hanging up. Help?
