I see there is a TSB (23-004-09) that will probably apply to this situation but I was wondering if there is a way to manually open the rear hatch? I can hear the locking mechanism click when I use the keyfob but the liftgate will not open and I didn't see any obvious way to open it from the inside. Any suggestions?
