Thanks for the replies guys. I have called again today and again the girl on the front desk has said that she will look into it and get back to me... If i don't hear back within the next hour i will call the Chrysler Customer Service and file a complaint! i'll let you know how it turns out... Cheers

Hi, I have just bought a new Dodge Journey R/T (2011 model) and whenever i press the brake pedal it is very spongy and there is a hissing noise. What i'm wondering is if this is normal?? I have asked the dealership but I just keep getting the girl on the front desk and she just says she will find out from the service department... I know spongy brakes sometimes means there is air in the pipes somewhere, but i've never experienced the hissing sound before??? Thanks for any advice...
