MOPAR update...
After finding out that Audiovox is indeed the manufacturer of the MOPAR remote starter. Apparently next to nuclear secrets, remote starter technlogy si a trade secret to be guarded with one's life... Bo one there would confirm anything...
So I was just about to give up on the whole idea, when I accdientally came across a new Mopar unit that is compatible with Journey's built after Aug 08. Just under $500 installed. I know its' expensive but it connects to the vehicules' wiring harness without any mods required and I only have to carry a single FOB. I caved and ordered it last week, should be at the dealer on Tuesday...
Hello
Do you have the part number for this new device? I cant find any info on there web page.

Is it hard to remove the grill on a Journey?

I need to change/replace my bulbs and a cant reach them so I had to remove the headlights. I have problems on both sides, left side is a nightmare. Is it hard to remove the headlights? It looks that they are only fixed with two screws and it also seems that you have to remove the grill to get them out. Any ides?

I have original (none steel) rimes 16's 225/70/16 as winter tires with Nokia tires and they works perfect. I'm happy that I didn't go for 19's bob sledge tires.

Hi,
I found this grill at myride.com and I think it looks better then the original one. Has any of you seen it or seen any HQ photos of it?

Hello,
I just got my new Journey with basic equipment DVD, Uconnect etc. I'm not sure if you can get the engine in the US that I have. You can run the engine on regular gas 95-101 octane or with ethanol "E85". If you have a car that can run on ethanol you don't have to pay toll when you drive in Stockholm "$10/day".
Model, R/T FWD
Engine, 2,7FFV V6 DOHC 24
Gas, E85
Color, Silver Steel
WHATS THE FUEL CONSUMPTION ON YOUR JOURNEY?

I have the same car as you, I dont run in it on E85 just on 95 octain.
Awerage on highway Speed 90-120 kmh, 0,85-1 L/100kms
Cities and around them 1,1-1,3 L/100kms
I think that you have to add extra 30% if you run on E85
