I have a 2010 RT with 10,000 km's. Most times when I turn the key to start the vehicle, it turns over for what seems to be an excessive amount of time before starting. This has been happening almost since new. The mechanic at the dealer said this is normal (the starter communicating with the computer etc.) however I have not seen other Journey's with this problem. Has anyone else experienced this?
