I've had the same problem aswell. I have around 11,000 km on my R/T and the brakes squeak when I'm breaking at a slow speed. So every time I go through drive-thru at Tim Hortons and pull up to the window, all I hear is my brakes. It's driving me nuts! I'm going to make an appointment for next week. Hopefully they will do something.

The same thing happened to me. I called a dealership and they told me that they had a 2011 Journey R/T in stock fully loaded so i drove 1 hour to that dealer to buy it. When I got there, it had everything but the bluetooth (u-connect). I eneded up buying the truck anyways, but I regret not trying to find one with the bluetooth. They told me that I would be able to add it after but it's still not available yet! Let me know if you hear anything cause I really want the bluetooth. I'm sure there going to try to charge us $500 or more to install it even though it's a $300 option. You would think a bluetooth in a 2011 vehicle would be standard now!

I have a 2011 R/T with the 19' Chrome rim's and mine is pretty smooth. But I think that I have a different suspension then you!

I just got my 2011 Journey R/T two weeks ago and I only have 400 km on it. This morning I wake up to move my vehicle's around in the driveway and when I go to brake, my brakes make a loud grinding noise and my vehicle stops alot faster then normal. It feel like my brakes were sticking. It's a rainy day outside but I have never had any issues like this with any of my other car's I've had! I'm going to take it out for a drive soon to see if they will stop sticking, so i will keep everyone posted! Has anybody else had this problem? Should I take the vehicle in to get checked?
