I've had a problem with mice getting into my dodge journey. I mentioned this to someone, and they thought that they had read that there was a recall relating to an open hole overlooked in manufacturing. Has anyone heard of this.

My 2012 Journey had paint bubbles on the hatch door within a year. When I took it to the dealer, the first thing thet asked was if I had the car rust proofed.Yes I did. They explained that the product sprayed into the hatch door attracted the heat of the sun causing the fibreglass to release gas and make the bubbles..They told me that I had voided the warranty. I believed them. Now years later, I find out that the bubbles are caused by the fibreglass not being fully cured before painting. A common thing in the RV industry. I wrote to Chrysler weeks go and they seem like they are not going to reply. Has anyone else had a problem with these paint bubbles

We have a 2010 Dodge Journey plain Jane 4 cylinder. Great little car for what we use it for. The problem I have is that it will do a hard shift at slow speed....maybe 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th (hard to tell) on average once every 3 weeks. And when I say hard shift I mean hard.....clunk hard. The dealer keeps telling me that there is nothing recorded on the computer, so there is nothing they can do. However I am suspicious that maybe hard shifts are not even supposed to show up on the computer and that they are using that as a B S excuse to send me away. Does anybody out there have enough knowledge in this area to comment?????

We are a retired couple who live in New Brunswick Canada. We stay home in the summer and tend the garden Etc. Spend 3 month of winter in Texas.
