disappointed

have the sxt 2010 with winter tire and rims from them 16 " wheels have the same problem and they try balanced for second time but still same shake from car it does start at 95 km and up and better than that the mechanic guy does confirm shaking on invoice when to see and other mecanic guy told me it could be shafft or part making that shaking and im going back to dealer and to get new tire and rims change for new .... i will ask to meet the Service Manager and for my transmission it still does not shift at cold wheather so i used the manuals shifter to get it up to the 5 or 6 because as i see mechanic guy not..................

Hello I just bought 3 weeks ago Journey 2010 V6 with transmission 6 speed and at 350 Km i just find out that on highway in morning at cold my transmission does not shift at 5 or 6 and the r.p.m. always run approx 2100 or 2250 tours and the only way to get to work i run for about 5 minutes and park on side of highway put car to park then turn off car and then restart and drove and everything is okay does anyone have the same problem
