  1. I used to sell both brands, and we had a lot of issues with the Husky liners warping and cracking in the cold weather. Hope it doesn't happen to you.
  2. Check your door handles. I had the same noise and realized that one had came loose.
  3. My 19'' tires require 34psi. What does the 17'' require? Neither the owners manual, or the tag in the door panel will tell me about this. My winter tires are 17'' and I want to have the optimum pressure in them. Anyone know?
  4. I dont believe that the 16'' wheels will clear the brake calipers on the RT AWD. My 17'' barely clear them. The best thing to do is take 1 rim to a good tire shop and have them run a test fit. Are these 16'' wheels the right bolt pattern? Another thing you need to look at is that the load rating of the 16'' tires isn't too light. Could spell disaster.
  5. Honestly, 17'' rims and tires will work out to about the same as just 19'' tires. Plus, if you use your stock rims, you are going to have to pay to have your tires re-mounted and re-balanced twice a year for the life of your car. Thats $24 - $30 per wheel! As for the TPMS... They are not necessary to have on your dodge Journey. Save yourself the $300 and buy a tire pressure guage. Or better yet, have nitrogen fill put in your tires. Major benefits to that. Just my thoughts.
  6. hello, I also has to use my block heater last night for the first time, and I also noticed how goofy the cord looks just hanging down. I am going to fit it into the front grille. I will post a picture as soon as I have it.
  7. Your best bet is to purchase a shallow mount sub in its own shallow box. Mount the amp on the back, and you will hardly lose any cargo space. The sub what comes with the infinity system isn't sold separately, and your going to need to mount your amp somewhere. As for wiring the amp... you will need to buy a line level converter. This allows you to tap into your rear speaker wires and properly power your amp. You will still need to run power from the rear to the battery but that is quite easy. Replacing the factory speakers is also a pretty easy task... except for the tweeters in the dash... if you have them. . hope this helps. j
  8. i just bought these and installed them today. Oh man these are sweet. best purchase so far. www.weathertech.ca
  9. Wow!! Looks great man. having a 35 profile size is smaaall! Dont hit any potholes. I also love the grille.. Definitely going to look into picking them up.
  10. Just bought a set of Toyo Open Country Go-2 Plus Winter tires. I have the 19'' stock rims, so i minus sized to the 17'' wheel size. The tires are absolutely amazing!!
