  1. Today my front passenger door lock started to stutter/flutter when it is was auto locking....I tried both the door switch and fob....same thing....passenger door only. OK so 3 years ago I had exactly the same problem with my 2007 Nitro, and guess what....there was a TSB out for it...they fixed it and that was the end of the problem. Looking at the switches and things in the Journey look alot loke the Nitro, so I'm gonna make an appointment with the dealer and then ask if anyone elese has this issue. It happens only when there is a change in temp from around freezing to a quick drop below freezing. I'll update the thread once I find out. Also, I have used the Nitro forum......http://www.nitroforumz.com/......to help with minor issues that I had in common both the journey and nitro......hope I haven't broken any rules with the site I listed, I'm just trying to help:) cheers, John
  2. Yes, I understand that...I'm talking about while the fob in on, the engine running, then press the button and the car will remain running after you remove the fob and go about you shopping or whatever. That way you don't have to go thru the whole process of hitting the button twice, the starter engaging etc, etc. It's a nice feature once you have it and use it, but I miss having it with the journey. Remote Start

Does anyone know if the factory remote start fob has the ability to keep the vehicle running while you take the key fob out for a quick stop at a corner store? My wife has an aftermarket one in her vibe and it comes in handy for trips to the corner store and the mail boxes in the winter time. John
  4. I just purchased a 2010 awd rt and it has the 19'' wheel/tires. I have read that the 5 hole pattern is 127mm and read somewhere else that it is 114mm? So does anyone know for sure what it really is? The dealer/saleman said that my nitro 17'' rims should fit....not to sure about that. Will a gm 16'' wheel fit, if not what should I look for? Also what tires are you guy running of your 19'' rims? cheers, John
  5. I pick my AWD R/t up in the morning....I'm going from a 2007 Nitro to the 2010 Journey......hope it serves me well....cheers all.
