That is a 2011 as well - look at the grille - its just a different trim. the lower bumper is the same/similar to "older" Journey models however.

I dont know how bad the grooves of the rear bumper are, but Canadian Tire has some generic ones that might work. see this for some pics of it on a caliber... http://www.caliberforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2765
