Now just so you are aware....don't think that it will magically let you open the car if you accidentally lock the fob in it. The button on the tailgate ONLY works if the key is located from the tail lights rearward. DO NOT leave the key in the car and hope to be able to open it with the button. I tested this just now before someone in my family does it thinking they will still be able to open it just to make sure. The fob WILL be locked in the car and only opened by another fob or the emergency key.
