update got a p0600 code , online says pcm issue....

The first issue I had with my Dodge Journey was back in August 2025. I wound up having to replace the alternator. After the alternator replacement my battery had low voltage. I kept having to jump the battery every morning to be able to start the car. Recently I’ve been having a misfire in my Cylinder 3 and a low battery voltage code. I replaced the spark plugs and the coil pack. It fixed the misfire code, but it still had low voltage. Wednesday night I jumped the car as usual and it started; I ran some errands. In the morning when my wife jumped the car it didn’t start. I replaced the battery and the starter and it’s still not starting; There was a rapid 3 clicks sound coming from the fuse box area when attempting to start. My Dashboard flickers a bit but eventually dies. Can anyone offer some advice on getting this car started? I spoke to someone at Dodge and they think it might be an electrical issue. I want to hear if anyone has had any similar issues before I continue investing more money in this car. I’ve only had it for a year.
