Thank you for your suggestion. I spoke to a local shop and they said they can get an aftermarket part, so I plan on going that route. Seems like my only option after numerous phone calls and no luck otherwise. Now the hunt will be on for two headrests for the middle seats, someplace other than the dealer.

Hi, I'm new and this is my first post. Can anyone please give me some suggestions on where to order a discontinued part? I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT 3.5L. I took it to the local Dodge Dealer and after spending a lot of money there thinking they fixed it, they are now telling me that I need to find a part myself (which I've never done). They said the part is obsolete and they can't find it. I can be driving the Journey and it just cuts off. I never know when it's going to happen and don't feel safe driving it. They say the part is a camshaft sensor, part 5029808AD. I bought one at the local parts store and they said it was the wrong kind. It has to be manufactured by Dodge and they mentioned MOPAR. I looked on ebay as suggested and didn't see anything. I'm not able to walk around a junkyard and wouldn't even know how to take it off the vehicle if I did find it. Please share any suggestions or names of places that you have found parts. I greatly appreciate it. I'm in Fredericksburg, VA. Cheryl
