  1. My Dodge journey started overheating a few months ago and the was a crack in the head gasket and radiator (which was found when the shop was putting everything back together) it had stopped over heating then. A few weeks ago I had to replace the battery and alternator and it started over heating again. I had the reservoir replaced thinking it wasn't holding pressure ( and it was really old) and had a new thermostat put in and it was doing well for 2weeks and now it's overheating again, when the thermostat was taken off it was broken so replaced the whole housing unit and it was bled. It overheats when going higher speed then drops down significantly when cruising or stopping. I've had none stop problems since buying the car but I'm still paying on it and have warranty on it but not sure what else it could be consider there's no leaks anywhere.
