  1. Thank you for your response, and your greetings! Would that circuit board apply to the rest of the audio system too (aux, CDs)?
  2. I own a 2012 Dodge Journey SE with the basic uconnect model (no bluetooth). I typically play music either through CDs or an aux cord. For a while, the audio through my aux cord especially has been stuttering intermittently. Now, it stutters constantly and is nearly unplayable. I have tried new aux cords, new dongles, everything. I tried to do the uconnect reset -- it doesn't work. I tried to disconnect the battery for ten minutes -- it doesn't work. I gave up and tried to play CDs and just use the radio. The audio stutters for both too. I'm at my wit's end and cannot find a solution online. The car was gifted to me a year ago and had a maintenance checkup beforehand and didn't see any issues. After going to the maintenance multiple times for other issues regarding this money-sink of a car, I've not been told of any issues related to electronics. What worries me is, last summer, the Journey suddenly stopped after I was pulling out of parking. This happened three times, and the whole system would do some kind of electronic reset. Usually, my audio problems were fixed after, but there was no indication what caused it. Someone please help me before I spend all of my savings on a down payment to replace this SUV from hell.
