Same story here with brakes: 2009 Journey with 15k miles and they started to shudder under braking. THe dealer advised new rotors and pads all round as the disks were warped - supposedly due to driving style. Well we do like to use the brakes to stop !!!!
The work was deemed to be out of warranty as it is a wear and tear part. Escalated to Dodge Customer Service and have been passed throuhg to the second tier to look into the issue, I will let you know how I get on as it ws $1100 for the replacement on a 1 year old vehicle. I suspect this will be the first and last Dodge I own.
