I have a 2010 Journey purchased in April 2010 and have started having issues with the radio. Not being a "techie" person at all - don't quite know what might be happening. Seems to keep restarting. I will enter all my presets for the radio along with the sirus and have evening uploaded mpgs and then a few days later they will all be gone. I have also noticed that the screen will dim or even black out for a few seconds while driving. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. When we called the dealership they seemed stumped!
