Bolt length is longer then the core support bolts

Took it all back apart and still can't find where it goes. Only things I haven't put on are the bumper and grill.

There 2 10mm head bolts under fender. 3 10mm head bolts that mount power steering cooler to core support and frame.

Don't see where it goes. There is 5 bolts on each side that mounts the reinforcement bar and plastic core support to the frame. 4 13mm head bolts and 1 8mm head bolt.

Replacing radiator support/core support and I got almost everything together but I can't for the life of me remember where this bolt goes. Any help would be appreciated.
