I recently noticed there was air flowing only thru the defroster vents. Ordered a new blend door actuator that I soon will replace. The actuator has a arrow stamped on it. What position is corresponding with the blend door and the actuator

Hi, I recently bought a 2014 Journey SE. I need to install a rear foglight due to European regulations. I want to replace the stock headlight switch with one that has the foglight option. Is the SE pre wired for fog lights or do I have to wire it myself ?
