I have this happening in a 2012 sxt. Hot heat on driver. Cold on passenger. I notice my blend door isnt functioning. I replaced it about a year ago top left actuator. I can move the plastic easily to put heat through all the vents....when i turn heat up and down bottom left dual zone actuator moves... I was actually thinking plugged heater core.
