So can you simply use that harness that I mentioned above and have it reprogrammed and still use the smaller factory screen set up?

Recently purchased a 2018 Journey that has the factory smaller 4.3” touch screen and no back-up camera . We want to install a factory style back up camera to this model. I’ve seen wiring harnesses with a factory camera on them being sold online and was wondering if they would work on a non-factory installed model and be a simple plug and play installation.
