I'll check it out. Ordered new roters and bearings and hubs all around. 150 k on it. Bound to happen. I think I over tightened lug nuts

So I was hearing a squeeking sound like jumping on a bed comming from front passenger wheel. Was told it was a bushing a while back. All of a sudden I started hearing a knocking which felt like it was comming from rear of driver side. Them my wheel locked up, posts and logs are gone and my wheel fell of. Just took off bearing and it seems to be fine. No grinding, no sound etc. Any thoughts on what it could be?
