Dent & Leak on rear muffler (Help)

I just recently bought this dodge journy 2016 RT at 180,000 kms. So I have been driving around and I dont remember hitting any bumps but last night I noticed a leak from my vehicle. And now I have this big dent in the left muffler. And i never noticed any leaks before even when buying the vehicle, i didnt do much driving the day i realized the leak. I dont know if this is okay and i dont know what to do, can someone help me. Thank you! (First time on this site btw)
