My footwell lights stopped working.

Checked ALL the interior fuses (not really sure which one is for the footwell lights)
UNDER HOOD
F101 60amp*
F102 60amp*
F103 60amp*

INTERIOR
F101 10amp
F102 20amp
F103 20amp
Everything else works so I'm assuming it is a bulb or broken wire.
Lights were not LED white color, so I'm assuming they are a regular bulb (All the other lights in vehicle are LED (except rear interior liftgate cargo light)
ALL FACTORY-NO MODIFICATIONS
2 different Dealers could not locate the lights.
Tried several parts & repair manuals but not listed
HOWEVER a dodge wiring diagram shows footwell light wiring (its near impossible to read the schematic LOL). I showed them to a dodge mechanic and his eyes rolled
I KNOW I HAD THEM...I AM NOT IMAGINING THEM (Like one dealer told me)
