Kumho tires on 10 journey almost wore out with 23000 miles. Called Dodge and they said only 12000 12 month warranty, said call manu Kumho. Called and told them they were almost wore out and they said 20-30 thousand miles is the expectancy. Dodge ask for a cheaper compound in the tire to make more money. I ask if I bought them again is this 20-30 thousand to be expected again and was told new ones, same name, same tire bought aftermarket would go 60,000 miles. They told me to call Dodge and complain, I told them it was a lack of integrity on Kumho's part to make 2 identical named numbered tires as if they were the same. They didn't care and told me to call Dodge.

I think battery is weak in both fobs. Have to hit 5 or six times to lock or unlock doors. Ask Dodge service mgr how to open key fob to change batteries and he did not know. Book says there is a door on back of fob but there is not. Also was told if I pried it open and broke it, they would not be covered by warranty because of neglect and I broke it. The vehicle is a 2010 Dodge Journey Crew with less than 20,000 miles. Is there a warranty on the key fobs or not, and how do you get to the battery?

We know the feeling. Front brakes at 19000 miles, back-up camera works 25% of time, transmission leak, broken wheel lug, broken cruise control lever, rear body panel keeps popping out, and both license plate bulbs burned out at less than 2 years. Have been waiting for over a week because no parts availabllity for something.

We to are having soft pedal, hesitation, and poor mileage. Dealership says nothing is wrong, thats the way it is suppose to be. I think there has got to be some way to tune this for better mileage. If I ever find I will let every one know!!!!!

Has any one tried any of the computer chips for more HP and increased gas mileage? Also has any one tried a different air cleaner for better gas mileage? We have a 2010 AWD Journey and are looking to increase gas mileage more than HP. Or has any one found some other way to accomplish these goals. Thanks for any help!!!!!

Would like a book or manual like what use to be sent with car. DVD not working for us. Any one been able to get one from Dodge on line or somewhere else? Great Group

Back-up camera works sometimes. Showed service manager when I brought in for repair on cruise control with less than 200 miles on car. They ran on computer and said nothing was wrong. Did not look at it for a fix after that. Fixed cruise control but had no idea how to repair camera . The screen is blue with a bunch of squiggly lines, have taken a picture with cell phone. Ask dealership 70 miles away and they do not have any idea how to fix it either after I sent them the picture. Really feeling good for paying for something that does not work with a bumper to bumper warranty that does not get anything fixed. Any one else have a problem with this camera? Please do not get me started about Sirius radio for 1 year free. Bought Journey end of July and received notice Sirius radio was to expire soon this morning. Called Sirius and was told it was only a 2 month trial, later it was a 3 month trial and still later it became 1 year. Great--until I am told it will only last 6 more monthsand we have owned car for 2 months. They never gave me the 8 month scenerio. Called Dodge and they said there was nothing they could do about it. But looking at our file said we were a loyal customer buying 7 Dodges in last 14 years. I told them I guess you do not want me to get number 8 from Dodge and he said nothing he could do.
