So I have a 2011 Journey R/T and have been having a bunch of different climate control issues. Started out with actuators not working, sometimes they will work again after unplugging them and plugging them back in. Currently the fans are stuck on the defrost option (Which is ok for now because of winter). Additionally, today both my driver and passenger heated seats won't turn on. They did early this morning, but then on my second time driving the car today they did not work. The buttons on the touch screen show they are on for about a second, then turn back off. The last issue I've noticed isn't necessarily climate related but could very well be part of the same problem, is that one day my driver door lock did not work electronically, however that was for the one day only, and they have worked since. Also my front passenger window goes down instead of up when you use the auto UP option with the window switch which is annoying but not end of world.
So I'm not sure if these are all related, but I assume at least the heated seats and fan/temp controls might be. Would this be control all by the HVAC module? Or some other module that could be replaced? Fuses were all fine last I checked, but have not looked at the heated seat fuse since this new issue occurred.
Had a Dodge dealer calibrate the climate system a few months ago as well, didn't really help anything.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
