I am finally having it looked at on Tuesday. My son looked under and said it does look like the heat shield is loose. So we will see. Thanks for all the comments!

My floor storage bins started rattling a few weeks back. It's driving me nuts. I can't find any info about it online. Anyone else experience this? Solutions? TIA!
