Hi, i wonder if someone found a fix for that problem, i have a Dodge Journey 2013 R/T Uconnect 8.4 with Navigation. was trying to upgrade to CPT17 i got stuck on the loading please wait.... screen. After more than an hour i try to do the reflash but i got now the Error Reflashing Errorcode : 0x 31A0 and still the loading please wait.... screen. Already try everything, battery disconnect, remove fuse, changing usb (4 time) thanks
