Was my biggest complaint too...just picked up our new unit 2 weeks ago and it had to go back to service for a few minor add ons as part of the purchase (a hitch!!!) and they had to "mount the front plate".....well 2 screws to the bumper...I said I could have done that!!!! Thanks Kris

Do you have the tranny cooler installed as well? I have a trailer and dirt bikes and was wondering if I should get the tranny cooler....I live in a very hilly area??
