  1. I emailed Dodge and this is what I got back - not very specific. _______________________________________________________ Thank you for contacting the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center regarding recall information on 2009 Journey. We appreciate the time and effort you took to write to us. Recalls generally occur on limited numbers of vehicles. Customers are notified by direct mail and through the print and/or broadcast media. Our recall files are maintained by VIN(Vehicle Identification Number), so we won't be able to provide you with this information until the VIN is provided. The selling Dealer is the best option to get this information as your purchase is pending. In addition, you can also be in touch with us through the website for any updates. For further assistance, please contact us at 1-800-992-1997, between 8:00 a.m. & 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Thanks again for your email. We value you and your business. Sincerely, Alex Wilson Customer Service Representative Chrysler Customer Assistance Center
  2. My dealer says there's a recall on the 4 cylinder version and he's having a hard time getting the parts to fix it. Anyone know what's going on? thanks, Linda
