2012 RT. 8.4 uconnect alpine system i recently replaced the altonator and after jump starting the journey, i have no sound. ive looked and done a few different things such as drain the capacitors, checked fuses and unplugged the amp, i have even reflashed it. nothinmg has worked. for whatever reason the soft reset nor the enginering menu works, they wont pull up. any help would be great
