I'm having an issue with unlocking the doors an a 2010 Journey. The odd thing is that I can lock ALL the doors and hatch OK using either the key fob or the buttons on the drivers door but II can only unlock the drivers door. All the other doors and hatch will not unlock. I can't help but think it's not a mechanical issue but rather a programming or software issue. After all, why is it only the drivers door that works properly? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if the battery has been replaced, but if so, does something need to be reset?
