Screen does not turn on and AC controls stopped working on my 2017 journey SXT. Already checked fuses, disconnected the battery for a few hours and took the components apart to make sure everything was connected. Finally gave in and took it to the dealership. Warranty is expired (go figure) and according to them the ac controls and unit need to be replaced (+$1,200) but even at that they are not sure that will fix the problem... Can anyone suggest what is the best way to go about this issue?...much appreciated.
