I have a Dodge Journey 2010. I had gotten the radio replaced since everything had shut down on me and replaced the battery. Now my VR and Nav don’t work. Saw in some forums to check system information and I do have a message on my Database showing as Error Tag not found. System# 6817 007 3.8. Maybe someone here can show me a quick fix, may know how to fix the error or what to tell a tech what is the issue fix. I mean I can live without fixing it but it was nice to use the phone and be able to say a person name and have it call them. Side note, I still receive incoming calls for the I connect but using the VR itself and nav button not working. Thanks for anyone’s help inadvance.
