uconnect hands free system loading problem on DJ 2012 RT

I have 2012 Dodge journey crew and my vr and bluetooth stopped working I started the update and saw this error code come up but the update continued but when it finished I no longer had a Bluetooth option any ideas how to fix this problem received_328201884875147.webp
