  1. I've had two different 2019 Journeys, and both of them have major issues with Uconnect. It is inconsistent, and incredibly frustrating. I would estimate it only connects to my phone about 10% of the time for audio. I've tried two different iphones with both vehicles, and neither of them worked regularly. Even when I plug them into the USB, Uconnect either switches my app from Spotify to iTunes, or it rapidly changes the songs on a playlist without me pushing any buttons. This happened on both vehicles. Both phones. What is going on??
