Clock man

Yesterday my wife was not able to turn the 2009 Journey OFF. The The radio went off and the clock was stuck at 1:09. She brought it to the dealer who said they have never seen it before. They reset the computer and it works ok for now, They said to come back if it happens again. You know it will. Any suggestions?
