I took the starter off and checked, it is working. I reinstalled it back. the engine turn over but no starting. do not smell gasoline at all. what should I check first? no engine code. How to check spark plug and coil?

sorry. the gear position is not normal. battery is Good, I also tried jump starting.

no code, no turn over, no sound. is that panel saying my starter is dead?
