Once a Marine...

I am looking to get a tow package on my 2014 Journey- 4cyl. The carrier is about 75lbs and the chair is about 300lbs. If I buy the Dodge package it's rated for plenty of weight but the more research I do the more nervous I get about the car being able to handle the tongue weight. Any advice, this is going to be my first time hauling anything...
