thank you folks that seems to be what has happened I was cleaning and probably hit the lock then opened the door Thank you again

I was cleaning interior and listening to usb on accessory when I open my door and alarm goes off I dont know I was able to turn off alarm but eventully stopeed but I started car a few times and tried all the buttons on the fob. My question is How did I activate alarm while inside the car?
