My camera works while the lift gate is up, but when down, it's either black or black with red squibbly lines. Is it more a camera issue or wiring issue?

I have a 2012 Dodge journey with the 8.4n radio with navigation (hence the n). Could someone verify the correct telematics module part number for me? It was quoted as the 68222279aa but by Vin at the dealerships it's the 68222278aa one, which is two hundred more dollars. They told me the 78aa would not work. I just want to know if they are trying to con me for a more expensive part...thanks..

Could someone please verify the correct part number for the 8.4n hf module. I have seen two different ones, one more expensive than the other. I have seen the 68222279aa and the 68222278aa.
