  1. I bought a 2010 Dodge Journey mid April. I absolutely love it. About two weeks maybe less after I got it, it started to "kick" and sometimes when going into drive would "stutter" like the wheels were going around and finally hit the pavement and took off. After that it started not shifting into gear. I would be in drive and going 20 mph and getting to 25 sounded like I was going around a NASCAR track. Revving and not going into or out of gear. If I turned it off sometimes that would help when I started it again. One time I punched the accelerator and that helped. The problem got so bad I was afraid to drive it. It has been in the service dept for a week! They thought it was the cam sensor so I had to wait while the part came in. They put it in on Friday, I went to pick it up and it still isn't working. Turns out it wasn't the cam sensor after all. Problem is they don't know what the problem IS! They are going to look at it again tomorrow. They say a circuit is not "connecting" but they don't know why. Anyone have a similar problem with theirs or heard of one???? Thanks, Julie
