from what I can see, the slide lever doesn't seem to be connected to the seat because when I pull the lever up I don't hear hear any audible click. However, the recline lever works and makes an audible click when pulled up

Hello, I own a 2012 Journey (5 passenger model) and my second row seats won't slide forward. They are currently in the most rearward position but they won't move at all. I would like to slide the seats forward to gain access to the bolts holding the seats in because I want to remove them. Should the 2nd row be able to slide in the 5 passenger model or are they fixed?
