i'm facing an issue with my setup and i hope you may help...
i have a 2009 journey with non navigation mygig system (REZ version, i guess).
in the glovebox there is an ipod cable like this:

i tried and connect my 4th gen ipod nano (A1285): it perfectly works, but it doesn't get charged ("charging is not supported by this accessory").
should such a cable be able to charge the ipod? if so, how may i address the charging issue?
